Now that Lady Sov is going crazy on TRL and Billboard we figured we give her one last piece of press before we sign off and she becomes way to large to give her pages on our blog. We love that she’s getting what she deserves but she doesn’t really need us to expose her anymore, Rolling Stone will handle that.
New this week to our blog is The “Good Music” post. Random music old and new that we consider to be well good. This week something that been playing in LEGENDmag offices for weeks maybe even months now.
Yep, you got it. The heads at Alife decided to bring these two guys together for an invite-only night of jams and good music cross-polination. Peep the footage via Mr. Kim’sRIOTTT.COM.
The newly inaugurated Melt Gallery is proud to present the fine art of two of the country’s most renowned street artists, Stash and Slick. Representing the East and West coasts respectively, the two artists have been honing their distinct styles for more than 20 years and have both become internationally recognized icons in a scene they helped lay the foundation for. Melt is proud to unite both artists-who will be exhibiting together for the first time-bridging the gaps between their definitive coastal styles, influences, and experiences. Each will individually present a body of new work created specifically for the show, and collaborative paintings will represent the first artistic cooperation of the pair. In addition, limited-edition merchandise from both artists will be available throughout the duration of the show.

Damn you’ve never seen anything close to this tight until now. Ok that’s a little far but damn, i need a new camera. This makes me want to post our past interview with Dalek just so you guys can get all misty. Check out how it happened:
“Building on Dalek’s beautiful work with the Colorsplash, we pitched him an idea: how about lending your full-blown creative force to a custom and breathtaking special edition of the Lomography Supersampler - the original Queen of Multi-lensed Cameras? He agreed, and the rest is history in the making…our first bonafide, artist-customized and strictly limited-edition Lomographic camera. The package consists of the custom Dalek camera and URBANIZE - a 168-page book consisting of graphics (courtesy of Dalek) and breathtaking Supersampler images (courtesy of Dalek and over 50 ultra-talented Lomographers)..”
